You have a thing for beautiful sunrises (even taupe ones). How do you get up so early, as soon as it gets light I stick my head under the covers. Are the butterflies real? I think they must have posed for you.
I only sleep about six hours usually. Seeing sunrises is still a novelty to me after years of sleeping late when we worked every night cleaning – for a time seven days a week. The butterflies are real Sue. A few years ago now, they were on the dog’s blanket which was hanging on the clothesline and hung around long enough for photos. 😀
Used to be like you, usually about 5 hours was the norm. When we retired I swore I was not getting up early anymore, I’m a night person. But, with Julius around that has changed, he gets up at 6.30 and comes knocking at the front door, so now I am having to go to bed earlyish. I wonder why I’m getting grumpy? (just worked it out I’m getting less sleep)
I like the three – and oh wow – I have never seen a sky used to show taupe – but it is there! so cool and you get a point for that extra creative angle – ha!
Beautiful! Have to agree that the butterflies are a wonderful capture. Also impressed by your eye- for finding taupe in the sky (hey that kinda rhymes :P). Thank you so much for sharing.
The butterflies really grabbed me. My, they are magnificent. ❤
