    • The front room used to be a bedroom, and the lounge had no view. So we took out a wall and moved the bedroom to the back of the house into one of the kitchens. Much quieter back there too, what with all the trucks on the highway in the early hours. With the elm tree gone, we see even mor eof the range.

      Lucky my desk is in the L-shaped part, though I have windows at my left elbow that look onto our fernery and catches the setting sun. Oh well, going to pull that plug right now, Sue. And make a coffee, then head down, at it. ❀
