There’s still a few berries left on the ivy – a nutrient-dense food for the currawongs. It’s the only time they visit my yard.

    Don’t think I have ever come across a Currawong. Perhaps I have and put it down to a crow or something. They seem to have the same glint in their eye that the crows have

    • According to Wikipedia, they’re becoming more prevalent in S.E. South Australia, around Mt Gambier, so it might be awhile before, if ever, they reach the Adelaide surrounds. Daisy chains – I make one now and then, for fun. 🙂
